GPU USE

I don't remember exactly if Kaspersky was used before, but for the last week, the graphics card usage on the desktop has been around 4 percent.

hello,

it's true, i too have been using kaspersky antivirus since 2005, up until this year (2025) i was using kaspersky antivirus.
but this year i bought kaspersky standard, as there is no longer an antivirus so called version.
anyway, i too have noticed a 30% load on my GPU and i see Kaspersky Standard up there and idk why is this happening.
because with KAV (kaspersky antivirus) all these years it was ok and now with KS (kaspersky standard) i see this load on the GPU.

and what's even more crazy, is that, with the protection off, the usage remains the same 🙂

it is only after i Exit the KS entirely, the GPU load drops to 2% how it was in the past.

and it's not even a cheap GPU, it's a 4080 Super.

did you managed to find out something about this behavior ?

No, I still haven't found anything about this issue. I tried updating the driver and uninstalling and reinstalling the application but it didn't work. It only fixes itself when I close the application. My graphics card is 5070. If you find something, please tell me.
