With Safe Kids installed, age of profile set to born in 2010, child is therefore 9. Google Chrome "SafeSearch" is turned on. I tried to perform a basic search. Search term: Hentai Under the Google results for All no results. Good. Under the Google results for Videos no results. Good. Under the Google results for Maps no results. Good. Under the Google results for Finance no results. Good. Under the Google results for Images, lots of results. Bad. Under the Google results for News, lots of results that had cover art. Bad. Under the Google results for Books, lots of results. Bad. Under the Google results for Shopping, lots of results. Bad. What's a parent to do?

  1. Parent device operating system: version? build?
  2. Child device operating system: version? build?
  3. KSK version installed on (parent) device?
  4. KSK version installed on (child) device?
  5. GoogleChrome version?
  6. When "images, news, books & shopping" are accessed, is it thru the Google Chrome browser or thru a GoogleApp, like "HelloGoogle", that redirects to a Google browser?
  7. What settings in KSK Application Categories, have you set to configure KSK to limit searches when Google Chrome is used?
  8. What settings in KSK Application monitoring, have you set to configure KSK to identify searches when Google Chrome is used?

Hello Dtcolton, I set KSK on a Windows device & a Android device - Child - born 2010, no additional configuration of any KSK features. The 2010 template is: Allowed
