Google Hangouts got blocked - Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 Windows 10

Hello,

 

I am using Windows 10 64bit. I am having problems with using hangouts in any browser.

I tried in Chrome, firefox, ie and edge. I update Windows 10 and all the drivers.

 

The user can't see my webcam when i use https://hangouts.google.com/

 

When I delete the kaspersky antivirus it works again.

 

 

Do you have a solution ?

• Kaspersky Endpoint security 11 (for managing all the antivirus)
• Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows 11.2.0.2254 (users)

Message error when the users are using Google Hangout : "Unable to connect to network, firewall problem."

I have the same problem!! Every time I attempt to ‘Present’ my screen, a Kaspersky notice pops out saying ‘Webcam Blocked’, even though I don’t need to use my webcam.  I just need to share my browser and powerpoint, and nobody on the other end can see my screen.

Have you tried to disable KES componets one-by-one to determin which onw of them causes the problem?

I have the same problem. I have detected that the problem is caused by the "Web Threat Protection" module (within "Essential Threat Protection"). Now the question is how to fix it.
