will Kaspersky safe kids make my child’s gmail load slowly? Can I allow my child access to gmail on the safe kids?

• Yes - in (your) MyKaspersly account, select Kids tab, select Application monitoring, search🔍Gmail, make sure Allowed is set &, if you wish for your child to access Gmail, even when the device is blocked, tick✔Available on blocked device as well, to apply the permission(s), make sure Save is selected:

• Not impossible, but, highly unlikely, there are many  variables that may make an application load slowly, for example, available memory, network congestion, apps not updated, how an app is accessed, device update, other apps running at the same time, etc.

May we know:

1. Is “gmail loads slowly” a new issue or has always existed?
2. What is your child’s device type name, operating system and version?
3. KSK version - refer: How to find which KSK version is installed on a device?
4. Is Gmail accessed via the Gmail app or a browser, if “browser”, which browser: name & version please?
5. Is KSK licensed?
