Glitch makes this sofware useless

My son just logs in and waits. Within a minute KSK just quits and voila: unrestricted access and loss of connection to iphone app so all the extra time goes undetected. This glitch would destroy this software’s reliability. I have a video but too large to upload.

1. While a video might help, this is much more important: Read before you create a new topic! by Danila T.
2. Has KSK been installed exactly as specified in: Kaspersky Safe Kids for iOS, Configure the app for your child?
3. IF the answer is 'yes', either *uninstall* & do a clean install OR log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service -> on the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include the video by uploading to any cloud service & posting the share link & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.
