Kaspersky Anti-Virus

I'm getting Web Advisor message saying 5 viruses found - with option to remove virus or scan now. - I am concerned that this will infect my computer even more. This message repeats every few minutes.

See attached screen shot. I get a variety of different similar messages - so saying they are from Norton, some from McFee - but I don't have this software.

Kaspersky does not report any virus. But I think my computer is infected with a virus.

Can you please advise.

This definitely looks like a scam. Please do not click on any of the buttons!

Unfortunately, I am not the anti-malware expert you need, but I have two ideas:

Have you cleared the browser cache?
Is there an extension in your browser that you did not install yourself?

Thank you, that appears to have worked.

Usually in such situations it helps clearing cache and disabling unknown browser extensions or (a more serious step) a browser reset.
