Getting Security center 11 plugins error

Hi,

We are getting Security center 11 plugins error in monitoring section. We need to fix the issue as soon as possible. 

Please find the attached screenshots for the referance.

Hey,

What happens when you click on install plugins? Or you can try downloading the KSC plugin directly from Support website and install it. Check and tell me.

Hello,

When I have click on error its shows nothing empty page. Latest KSC plugin already installed.

But it is asking for Kaspersky Security Center plugins not for Workstation version.

Hi,

They are the application management plug-ins for Kaspersky Security Center and Web Console.

The Application Management Plug-in is required for viewing the application settings, information on events, and statistics in the Administration Console. The plug-in is installed on the computer with the Administration Console.

You can install or update plug-ins in the Administration Console (AdvancedRemote installationInstallation packagesAdditional actionsView current versions of Kaspersky Lab applications) or download the version you require from the table below.

You need it to control KES version installed on workstations, etc..

hello,

It is only asking for KSC 11 plugins….but during the download it is showing 881 MB file. I think this one is for whole console. 

So, what should i do please suggest.

Hi,

You have to install the plugins for every version than you do have in your network enviroment (if you have workstations with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 2 Maintenance Release 4 for Windows , Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.2.0 for Windows Critical Fix 1 , Web console Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.2.0 for Windows Critical Fix 1File servers, Mail systems, etc.. etc...)

The issue has been resolved after install Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 2 Maintenance Release 4 for Windows.
