Functions greyed out on mac os

Hi ! We are using kaspersky cloud and endpoint security 11.0.0.501a The problem is that the settings in application are greyed out ( look at screenshot) 1) KSN participation is enabled in kaspersky cloud console ( not enabled in application still and greyed out) 2) No way to configure (Check Https connections) in kaspersky cloud console 3) options Network threat protection preferences are greyed out
