 Hello @Lester,

Welcome back!

We’d like to see the data please?

  • Export the report, save as a txt file, attach📎 to your reply please?
  • Have you investigated the “corrupted” files, are they accessible?

Thank you🙏

How? also, I was just asking what “corrupted” meant in the result tab.

I would also want to know what the yellow triangle icon means, next to a file.

Hello @Lester,

You’re welcome!

We did reply, perhaps you missed it:

➡ Everything has context, we’d like to see the data, otherwise, we’ll only be able to provide a “generic” answer⬅

  • Export the report, save as a txt file, attach📎 to your reply please?
  • Have you investigated the “corrupted” files, are the files accessible?

Thank you🙏

Hello @Lester,

You’re welcome!

  • v2021 got rid of “Export”😒, it’s now Save report….
  • Where you see the  ⚠, you’re in the KTS Report interface, find the “corrupted” events, select Save reportattach📎  the report to your reply please?

Thank you🙏

Hello @Lester,

You’re welcome!

“Corrupted” files = inoperable, unusable files - possibly.

⚠  = an alert, indicates something is possibly not normal.

Thank you🙏

Hey, like a month ago, I found the few “corrupted files” on my pc. My pc is from Asus and the files are “Asus aura lighting add ons” and it says that its used by the operating system and other software and that changing anything on them could be bad for my pc. But now im not sure if its actually corrupted or not. Im also not sure what those files are for either.

Hello @Lester,

Welcome back!

  1. Are the “corrupted files”  the ones you raised this topic about?
  2. To help us help you, may we have the Report and screen images?

Thank you🙏
