Hi,

Windows 11

Kaspersky Premium - 21.264.406

I have had Kaspersky Internet Security for a long time and could use Fillezilla to FTP file to a particular location. Yesterday, after my Kaspersky licences were blocked despite an active subscription, I sorted it and upgraded to Kaspersky Premium. Now I cannot successfully connect with Filezilla. The error messages are shown in the attached image.

Is there a setting in Kaspersky that I can change to get this working again please?

Thanks,

James

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

The problem is that the server You are trying to connect to has no encrypted connection.

Did You try to tick the checkbox: Always allow... and then OK?

Also, I would say that warning comes not from K. but from Filezilla 🤔

I tried the tick without success. However, from the system tray in Windows, I paused protection for Kaspersky and the ftp successfully connected. Any ideas what I need to change please?

Try this setting, it should help. An example for Firefox, do this for Filezilla and restart it:

Yes, that setting should work for FileZilla.
