Is there something wrong with the Kaspersky website? It takes long to access my account.

Welcome!

We just signed in, it took seconds, exit all browsers, shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not restart, power the computer ON by pressing the start button, login, recheck?

It is frustrating. I just bought a Kaspersky Premium and now, when I am about to activate it, I am having trouble accessing my Kaspersky account. It takes long, really long, and as of this writing, the website hasn't functioned yet. What is wrong? Maybe I should not have bought Kaspersky ...

  1. Did (you) follow the guidance we provided in (your) previous topic? 
  2. Have the required cookies been accepted for the Kaspersky website? 
  3. Can the Kaspersky website be accessed using a browser run in Private/Incognito mode? 
  4. Is a VPN being used?
  5. IF (you) use another device, for example a mobile phone, can (you) access https://my.kaspersky.com/
  6. Have (you) tried all supported browsers, Edge, Firefox, Chrome? 
  7. Can you access all other websites easily? 
  8. Please provide: Windows OS version & build -> in Windows Search, type WINVER - open the WINVER app, post back what is shown in the WINVER app please?
  9. Has the router been rebooted? 
  10. IF (you) wish to cancel the subscription & seek a refund, log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history*

As per our previous, we just signed in, to: https://my.kaspersky.com/ -> it took seconds.
