When I bought my 4G 100GO 9.99€ contract from NRJ, they are supposed to give me a code so i can have free access to kaspersky antivus, but the code is missing.

IF "yes", what did they say? 

IF "no", please do so, make sure you have the following information available: 

• The date of the purchase. 
• Your full name. 
• The e-mail address you used for the purchase. 
• Laptop - Order number - on the email you do have.
• Bank transaction date & amount record of the laptop purchase.
