Force AD sync password on encrypted devices

Hello Guys,

 

I have a issue in my work. We have notebooks encrypted by Kaspersky, so when users change their passwords, the Pre Boot require the AD password, but the user can’t login with the current password, they only can login puting the last password.

How can I force this sync password?

Yes, the SSO is enabled in our kaspersky.
