forbidden website still accessible

Not even in other browsers, in the same one they were using. it worked yesterday where I was able to turn the website to forbidden and it stopped them being able to go onto the website. today I repeated the process and even though the category shows red it does not say access blocked.

1. For your child, which device & device OS is KSK installed on: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS → refer How to find the version of your operating system? 
2. Which KSK version → Windows, on Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the KSK icon, select About; Android, open KSK, select About, MAC, in the macOS menu, select Help → Support, version & patch will show in Application version section; iOS, open KSK, scroll to About? 
3. Which browser is used? 
4. Which Category is blocked? 
5. Is KSK Premium or Free?
