For Kaspersky Premium, VPN asks for an activation code that we don't have

As a family, we've got Kaspersky Premium for 5 devices for some time now.
After restoring the OS on one, VPN asks for an activation code with a letter-format which is different than the two passwords we have written down that include symbols.
How can we restore that activation code?

Hello @NorMax, welcome.

Have you already connected the VPN in question to your My Kaspersky account (the same one you use for Premium)?

This is the VPN that comes with Kaspersky Premium, not separately bought.
1. I don't see any option in VPN menus to connect VPN to My Kaspersky.
2. The main app already shows that my device is one of five, so Kaspersky knows this device is part of the premium account, so I would expect to also have (full) VPN by default in all five decices, and I had connected the main app with My Kaspersky previously.
In VPN app I only see a "Insert Code" (in Greek) which leads to an Activation Code field, What else should I do?

OK, got it, while it asks for an activation code which is confusing as I didn't bought it separately, it required login to My Kaspersky in VPN / Profile by the person who bought Kaspersky Premium, and NOT me - that should be made clear by Kaspersky. So I logged out, and that member entered his email and pass, and it worked.
