Firewall reset trusted list application to low restricted.

Hi

Im using a software that uses a camera, by default Kaspersky group this application to low restricted group and blocks the camera. I changed to trusted list and it works fine but after reboot my computer, KAspersky reset the group to Low restricted. What can I do?

Settings > Additional > Threats and Exclusions > Manage exclusions > Add …..

May I ask a question:

Does this application update itself before you reboot pc ? In order to check this guess, Please use any hash tool to check whether the hash value of the main application file is the same or not before and after system restart.

And please tell me the related application name and what verison of KIS via PM. Thanks.
