Firewall Problems

Hi, I'm having a problem with Kaspersky Standard's firewall.

I configured incoming and outgoing ports for a game; I saved and confirmed them, but Kaspersky doesn't save them.

I have to constantly reload them from a backup I saved to disk.

How can I fix this?

Please provide version of KS installed, also attach a capture with the rules You created.

The requested data is attached. I forwarded the ports above 50,000 because those same ports are used by other software.

However, the problem isn't the rules, but the fact that the Kaspersky app doesn't keep the rules; it removes them with every update.

You mean update of the product version, databases, the game version, or smth else?

Kaspersky version or database updates reset all the configurations I make.

Games or other software cannot modify Kaspersky rules.

Of course not, but they can modify file paths.

It's very strange. You can try to restore the app settings or even reinstall it, then manually reconfigure the rules without importing them from the config file.
