Firewall and Application control don't work

dear all,

i got the last windows version 20H2 with the last updates but with kaspersky from a lot of days i got an issue with firewall function and with application control. When i try to open the application list kaspersky crashes and a black box appears. I already tried to remove all the kaspersky suite but never solved. Thanks.

 

i had to remove firewall and using windows firewall.
