Firefox funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo Zusammen,

seit heute Mittag funktionert Firefox bei mir nicht mehr. Edge geht, aber über Firefox komme ich nicht mehr ins Internet. Ich habe Kaspersky Total security.

Kann mir da vielleicht Jemand helfen?

Ich nutze die Kaspersky Standard (früher alte Version von Internet Security genannt) auf Win11 23H2 mit aktuellem Firefox 133.0und kann dein Anliegen nicht nachvollziehen.

Vorschlag:

Bevor Du die Kts neu Installierts, welches Betriebssystem,genaue KTS Version mit Patchstand, Firefox nutzt Du.

Welche Meldung erscheint beim öffnen von Firefox oder von Kaspersky?
