Firefox extension out of sync

Hi!

Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Compilation 19045.4780.

KPM version: 24.2.0.277 / 1721917067_7608 / 1.1.0.2_1

KPM extension version: 24.2.57.2

Firefox version: 129.0.1 (64-bits)

My Firefox extension is not synced with KPM. The passwords contained in it are from a long time ago and those that were added some time ago are not shown in the extension.

• Is Firefox used with a Mozilla/User account profile? 
• In KPM - is Data Sync *checked* ? -> read: Sync passwords and data across all your devices with KPM installed.

1. Exit Firefox browser. 
2. Create a System Restore point, read: How to create a restore point in Windows
2. Create a KPM backup -> read: Export, Backup copy

3. Exit / sign-out of the Kpm application. 
4. Shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN not Restart, when the computer if fully OFF  -  power ON by pressing the power button, login. 
5. Make sure KPM is running, login to KPM.
6. Start Firefox, recheck Firefox extension is not synced with KPM?
