File Threat protection and Network Drive

Hi, 

I have a dilemma. Until yesterday our "template" configuration of the File Threat Protection (for KES 11.9) had settings like this :

• All removable drives - All hard drives - NO all network drives
• Heuristic analysis - medium scan

Every 2 years, we challenge the configuration, and we noticed that recommended settings by Kaspersky are default settings. https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/11.8.0/en-US/222981.htm

So we have changed settings to :

• All removable drives - All hard drives - All network drives
• Down the heuristic analysis to - light scan

But since we have done that, we received many complaints about Kaspersky process who take a lot of drive ressources. (sometimes more than 550 Mo/s)

So I would to know if this situation is temporary, because of the activation of RTP on all network drives, or if you think I need to come back to initial settings without "all network drives" but with a medium heuristic.
