File dessapearing / removed... Kaspersky?

My Settings are as indicated above but (I'm assuming) Kaspersky continues to delete a file automatically. Not only that but the file doesn't appear in Quarantine for Restore. I am in Interactive Mode.

Advice?? Thanks.

I also tried Pausing Protection.

I'm not happy - I should be able to control your app from deleting things. And I can't even recover the file.

This was not an issue in Win10 - only an issue since upgrading to Win11.

I finally resorted to stopping Kaspersky from starting up on next Restart. I got my software downloaded and installed, then restarted Kaspersky. Quick scan to check for threats - none detected.

The file disappeared again so I know it's Kaspersky that is deleting the file and there is zero warning or record of the deletion - this is not acceptable. I want Kaspersky to aggressively protect me but not without my knowledge.

Can You provide the versions of Kaspersky product installed now?

 

And what about the file "is it removed"? can You upload to https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ and check if detected by any av firm?

 

Also, can You send me that file via personal message of the forum? Upload it to a cloud service and give me the link to download it.
