I'm experiencing an issue with a virtual server in our infrastructure. On this server, six devices are unable to connect to Kaspersky Security Network (KSN), no matter what I try. So far, I’ve done the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Verified that firewall ports 13111 and 15111 are open.

  • Checked whether any proxy might be blocking the connection.

  • Confirmed that the KSN proxy server is running properly on the administration servers.

  • Allowed the affected devices to connect to KSN directly

  • Reviewed and modified all relevant distribution point settings in the Network Agent policy.

  • Reviewed and adjusted all proxy configuration options in the KES policy.

Despite all this, the six devices still fail to connect to KSN. I'm looking for suggestions on what else I can check or try to resolve the issue.

Hello,

Please check latest events of those devices, perhaps will give you more information about which is the problem.

Also, my recommendation is open a support ticket in Kaspersky Company Account, attach the getsysteminfo (gsi) of one of the affected devices.

Hello Gabriel, I had a similar problem here, after contacting Kaspersky support level 2, for a specific issue in my environment, I needed to disable the KSN option via https port 17111, do a test by disabling this option.
This option is in the administration server policy.
