[Feature Request]: Add an `Apply` button to `Application rules / Group rules`

In Application rules / Group rules, many settings(tabs) such as `File`, `Network rules` in only ONE window. So If we want to configure MANY settings in the `Group rules` window of an entry, after making a change and hitting the "Save", the `Group rules` window will close automatically - we need to reopen the `Group rules` and configure the rest, which is not convenience.

You may configure all settings in all tabs and then save changes. You don't need to save changes on every tab separately.
