fe80 IP Addresses

Why are there 20 unknown devicces on my network with IP Address starting with fe80?

There are other IP Addresses on my network, but I cacn account for those.

Also , if you consider these devices as suspicious please modify  your Router password ?

Thanks, I have now changed my router password. These devices are visible when I access my router directly, but are not visible when I view my network through Kaspersky
