Fatal Error During Installation

Hi,

What type of license do you have?

 

The screenshoot shows that you are installing Kaspersky Security Center 13 Network Agent (on premise) and your license seems to be Cloud.

If your license is B2B Cloud, please review:

Hi,

Your license is "Cloud".

You have to use Kaspersky Business Hub for admin, deploy, etc... not on premise version.

Uninstall all on premise versions installed and deploy using Kaspersky Business Hub.

Yes, you can do this. But you need to make sure that your local network agent is removed before you install the cloud package. You cannot install the cloud package ontop of an already installed network agent from the OnPremise version.

Hello,

unfortunately there is no chance in downloading the package without an agent. And while you technically can download and install the KES from our support site you won't get an connection to the cloud if you are not using the correct agent.

As already written it looks like there is a KSC network agent already installed. You need to remove the network agent before installing the cloud package.

If this is not the case then please open a case here: https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com since we need to look at the system itself. Therefor please download and run our GSI tool and upload the resulting zip file to the case upon opening:  https://support.kaspersky.com/3632
