Failed to upload files bigger than 10MB

Hi.

I have problems with a few customers that are unable to upload files bigger than 10MB, if i upload a file to at webpage bigger than 10MB the upload fails, if i disable Kaspersky then it uploads fine.

 

Any ideas?

 

Tried with multi browsers, FireFox, Chrome and Edge

Please provide more details:
       1. Does the issue occur at any webpage or some particular ones? Let us know the exact scenario, so that we can test.

2. As Berny mentioned, what version of the product is used?

Seems i have put those in the wrong section, iam using Endpoint Security Cloud

 

Latest version (11.4.0.233), the issues is temperary fixed by lower the web protection.
