Welcome!

  1. What is the status of the Kaspersky Plus *subscription* when (you) look at it in (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscriptions tab: https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/portal/pages/licenses
  2. What shows when: Update Status & Manage Subscription are selected? image.thumb.png.6663bda21323fbd29ad40cdf3e6dbfd5.png
  3. Are there any *Windows updates* that need to be installed? 
  4. Is the System date and time correct?
  5. Has the computer been shutdown recently using Shutdown, not Restart & then powered ON by pressing the power button, IF 'no', please do this & recheck the issue? 
  6. IF it persists, log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the  template as shown; include a *detailed history
  • *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*             image.thumb.png.f3c74e27a2582e712d14692f00adbe8e.png
