Hello ALL!|

I have been getting error on multiple devices of my environment has an outdated database. I have also scheduled an update task for KES Windows and linux separately. But it failed on some devices, so after digging down, I found there was an error on devices FAILED TO transfer files. Now I am blank about this error, so any suggestion or help in this regard will be appreciated to guide me, What is the reason behind this error and how can i fix it?

This error typically occurs due to network connectivity issues, insufficient disk space or permission problems on the affected devices. It should be resolved if you've a stable network connection, enough free disk space and proper permissions for KES updates. You should check all these things and plz restart the update task after addressing these issues. Give it a try....

Hello @David Hill I will look into it. But as far as my information, the team having the same devcies with the same specs and network specifications are not facing that issue.

Thanks Again
