Failed to Connect Secondary Server with Primary Server

We are facing error in connecting Secondary Slave server with Master server, When I tried to Add Secondary Server It is showing Different host-name and as well as different domain name, Which is showing DSR-DP , I am getting certificate error and Admin server already exist in hierarchy. Screenshot of the error is attached. as "Slave Server Connection error"

But in slave server hostname is showing ELP-DP and domain is also ELP-DP. But in KSC slave server certificate showing that it is (DSR-DP) Both Master and slave server is in the same domain. Screenshot is attached as "ELP-DP"

I am pretty sure this is a DNS Problem on your side.

Check your DNS and reverse Lookup Zones for these areas and domains.

Make sure the domain will be polled correctly by KSC (Device discovery) and that the devices are in the correct domain under AD User and Computer. If the devices were added to another domain previously make sure it is removed from the old one.

If problem persist open a new ticket with technical Support for deeper analyzing.
