I just wonder if I'm the only person with this problem. Recently I notice a failing harddisk, but no by Kaspersky but CrystalDiskInfo. I got the Hard Drive Health Monitor enable in Kaspersky Plus (21.19.7.527b) and I just says No Data and if I click on Details I get "Failed to retrieve data about hard drive health (disk device name)". If I click again on Details I get to this page what doesn't make any sense (as Hard Drive Health Monitor is already enabled):

What I do not understand is that CrystalDiskInfo has no problem to read the SMART status but Kaspersky does.
Yes, I have RAID enabled in the BIOS as one of my disk is in a RAID configuration, but all other are not.
I can understand that SMART is not working for RAID disk but should work for all other, like CrystalDiskInfo does.

When I connected the faulty harddisk via USB I did get a warning and report by Kaspersky:

The hard drive WDC WD60EZRZ-00GZ5B1 with running Kaspersky Plus on the device XXX is not working optimally and it may fail soon. We recommend that you back up your important data.

Any hope with will be solved in a next update?

Please try to reproduce in the last Kaspersky and KVPN 21.20 version.

Okay, I now have version 21.20.8.505 and still the same issue: "No data"

The image shows both Kaspersky Plus and CrystalDiskInfo.
