Exclusion on KSWS

Hi,

    I have some servers on which I need to install Kaspersky for Windows servers. But, I need to new group and define a new policy in advance. Then I will deploy KSWS on server moving them to the new group. Now I have the following questions:

- Can I excludfe some files and processes in policy before installing KSWS on server?

- Can I also exclude specific windows services?

Hello Xpreme,

yes you can create a new policy independently from the KSWS installation and add exclusions to it.

When the policy is created you can open it and change to "Trusted Zone". Here you will find a button to add recommended exclusions to the policy which also contain default Microsoft exclusions.

However, it depends of your achievement what exclusions you want to add additionally.

Once the device is added to your new group it will take over the new policy.
