Exclude Web application[IP] from KSC

I want to whitelist or exclude a specific IP address [10.15.0.47] that hosts an internal web application on-premises. This web service is calling service, and when Kaspersky is running, the call session is blocked; however, when I exit it, the session is unaffected. My IP has been whitelisted by web control, trusted application/address, and network threat protection, but it is still not working. Please provide instructions on how to whitelist or exclude an internal IP web service.

please open your policy and goto General Settings->Network Settings

Disable "Encryption connection Scan" and check if it works then

If it works add your address to the trusted addresses and apply the policy

Yes , I have to to trusted address section in Network settings and then whitelisted that specific website "*example.com" added a wildcard  * before settings a web address , you can also set IP-address of that website too
