Hello everyone !

 

Created user according https://support.kaspersky.com/KS4MO365/1.2/en-US/143134.htm

Security admin + ApplicationImpersonation and Mailbox Search roles

 

Sometimes after pressing 5-6 times button Retry it goes greens for like 30 seconds then says Inactive. Password entered correctly> im azure admin it shows success connection from kasperksy ip .

 

What did go wrong?

UP, problem still exists. Created support ticket - no answer

Update -

It looks like it was the problem within MIcrosoft office 365 . Health status showed some incidents inside , probably because of recent events with hacking exchange .

 

Everything works fine now
