Looks like that excel file is infected, or do You think could be a false positive?

 

Could You send me the link to download that file, via personal message of the community? thanks.

It is a false positive.

The excel file opens in WPS with the same antivirus I have, however using Microsoft Excel it wont let me

Probably because that file comes with some kind of macro inside that can't run in WPS, but triggers the antivirus in Excel.

I have the same problem with an Excel file when open in Microsoft Office. No problem if open using WPS Office

All my software is original and licensed.

As the file opens in WPS Office without issues, you can add the file to Kaspersky's exclusions list to stop it from being blocked in Microsoft Excel and this should allow you to open it in Excel without any problems.

I have the same problem with word 

HEUR:Trojan.MSOffice.Badur.gena

 

virustotal.com  can't find anything

It seems to me that the AV is trying to scan a file that is no longer present in the directory. Therefore, it registers it as a threat. It seems to me to be a temporary file. It would be interesting to evaluate the configuration of the protection component. If there is any more aggressive intelligent active.
