Errore "La chiave è presente nella blacklist" / "Your licence key is in blacklist"

Hello,

I just installed free “K security cloud” protection, and after 15 or 20 minutes, KA displays this message:

“LICENCE KEY IS LOCKED - Your license key is in the blacklist.”

What is the problem?
