Error While Creating KSC backup

We having a situation in one of our clients, like KSC admin server service is not running and SQL Server service is running and we cannot create backup using Klbackup Utility facing this given error. can last backup was taken in 1 year ago.

Hello,

It's better to install KSC on a new server then move all devices from old KSC to the new one using "Change Administration Server" task : https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/15.1/en-US/218291.htm

You can also export/import policies & tasks.

KSC is not Opening but KSC service is running , we have solved this case by Installing KSC again and restore last old backup
