Error when renewing license: "Something went wrong. Please enter your license key as it appears in your product"

Hello, I tried to renew my license on that page:

 

https://kaspersky.com/new-renewal-center/home

 

After entering my license (from the  key I got the following messege: Something went wrong. Please enter your license key as it appears in your product

 

What should I do?
