Hello guys who can help me I did the encryption in an SSd through the incrypto kaspesky but now I want to unlock the drive of the error

I think with such problems you need to contact technical support directly - https://companyaccount.kaspersky.com/account/login

using the recovery utility is considered not quite a standard procedure, there are some steps, and warnings, the utility is launched with administrator rights
