error the Kaspersky security network statement is not supported by the policy

I have upgraded Kaspersky security center from version 11 to 14 and also upgraded endpoint security from version 11.2.0.2254 to 11.10.0.399. Now I'm facing an error "the Kaspersky security, network statement is not supported by the policy" on all managed devices and there is no solution available on Kaspersky website. If anyone experiences the same please guide me to resolve the error.

 1. Check the version of the installed plugin. It must be KES 11.10:

2. Download and update the KES 11.10 plugin if required: https://support.kaspersky.com/9333

3. Open each KES policy, accept a KSN policy.

Please Go into KES 11 Policy Settings >Advanced Threat Protection and Click the KSN statement Link to Accept the terms. If the issue persists, please contact technical support by opening a support case at companyaccount.kaspersky.com

After accepting the KSN statement my previous issue gets resolved, but now I'm facing another one which is "KSN servers unavailable"
