Error load users list

Hello. I've installed KSC 11 and i connect to Administration Server of Kaspersky, when i try to find "Last user log on in the system" give me error "Load list users error" and doesn't appears users. The user have permissions and group "KLAdmin". However if i install KSC10 works perfectly. Could someone help me? Thanks
