Error install KESC Kaspersky security Center Network Agent Setup wizard cannot process the internal error internal error restart device.

Hi KAS Team community,

We are facing this issue to install the Kas in client machine with W7 pro X64, version of installer: Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (12.3.0) (12.3.0.493)
it's occuring the issue to instal the client: Error install KESC Kaspersky security Center Network Agent Setup wizard cannot process the internal error  internal error restart device.

i'v tried to clean all entry in register but continue given the same issue, if someone have the same situation and tried many torubleshoting, please give us some tips.

essentially everything is the same... update the system to the latest patches...

Hello,

I am experiencing the same installation error on a Windows 10 machine after using the Kaspersky Removal Tool to wipe the old agent.

Steps Taken:

  • Removed all registry entries, folders, and files related to Kaspersky.
  • Verified that no Kaspersky-related services or scheduled tasks remain.
  • Checked Windows Event Logs, but no relevant entries are recorded.
  • Rebuilt the SHA certificate following the recommended procedure.
  • Ensured Windows 10 is fully updated, including hardware drivers.
  • Ran sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.
  • Tried installation with different user accounts, including the local administrator.
  • Searched for and removed any leftover drivers and services.

Installation Attempts:

  • Attempted installation using the standalone package (results in the same error).
  • Tried deployment from the KSC Cloud Console, but the installation task won't start.
  • Manually added the device in the Cloud Console, where it appears under Managed Devices.

Notable Anomaly:

  • If I add manually the device in the Cloud Console, the device still shows an old domain name, even though the computer has been migrated to a new domain. All DNS records correctly resolve the new FQDN. I tested al DPs.
  • The old computer account in the previous domain's AD has been deleted. If I ping the device's hostname, the correct FQDN from the new domain is resolved.

Behavior Observed:

  • If I manually remove the device from the Cloud Console, the standalone installation fails again, and the device never contacts the Cloud Console.
  • The installation error appears three seconds after the unpacking phase finishes.

Any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
