Error deloy update form server to clien on kaspersky center

Hi team

i using server Kaspersky Security Center 14, when deyloy update package  form server to clien , i get error below:

Result:     Patch installation failed

Therefor please open a case with https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com

 

Please also add the following infos into the case when creating it:

1. attach a system diagnostic file from the device where you see this error:
   https://support.kaspersky.com/3632
   Make sure that Windows Eventlogs are collected as well
