Error 27310: Failed to install digitally signed catalog file

After using kavremvr to remove a non-functioning Kaspersky Endpoint 11, all subsequent attempts to install on windows 10 produce this error. There is no search result in the knowledge base for “27310”. Why is it that every error I get with Kaspersky seems to be something nobody has ever seen before?

Add this certificat in the certificat store ==>  “Trusted root certificat”

Sorry, i have forgotten but this error means that your hard disk or system have a problem

I appreciate your eventual response; I have in the meantime determined the computer’s drive to be failing and have arranged a replacement.
