I’m encountering an error while trying to reinstall Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES) on Windows 10, despite using the latest version of KES. I removed the previous installation using kavremover, but I am still unable to reinstall it. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue

Is this the first time this station has tried to install KES?

If possible, open cmd as administrator and run the command below:

sc query type= driver group= NDIS

Check if you have any DISPLAY_NAME with the nomenclature:
Kaspersky Anti-Virus NDIS 6 Filter

If so, there may be a KES record already installed on this workstation at another time.

Use KAVREMOVER to clear old KES data.

Hello Gabriel,

please create a GSi Report of this PC
https://support.kaspersky.com/3632

(Please run as Administrator and include Event Logs)

Then goto getsysteminfo.com and open the file. Check if any suspicious software is still installed and remove it before trying to install KES again. Within the zipfile you will also find the Install logs which you can analyze by yourself or you open a support ticket.

Thank you in advance

Best Regards
