Error 1603 while installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.2.0.2254 [MOVED]

I cannot install the new client version 11.2.0.2254.

I have a 1603 error 

I tried to remove the old version manually or with Kaspersky’s removal tool, cleanup the registry but i still have the same error.

It happens on 3 different computers all installed with Windows 10.

Hello, 

Please update windows to latest version and try.

Also, during encountering the above error, also check system log for any MSI installation error. It may provide an insight to why you received this error.

Please upload the necessary information so that we can help you (Version and build of Kaspersky installed, OS build  installed, upload your getsysteminfo (gsi) using the latest available version of it, to review it, etc ...).

I also had this problem on several machines. An uninstall of the old version helped. After that the installation of the new version worked without a problem.

hello to everyone, i have the same problem installing kaspersky endpoint security cloud version 11.3 on a windows 7 sp1 machine.

i installed all the windows updates available, cleaned the temp folder, tried the kavremover, but nothing resolves the problem.

in the attachment i provide installation log files, can anyone help me please?

In the log appears:

Error params: (1181/0x534 ("System error 0x534 (Non è stato effettuato alcun mapping tra nomi di account e ID di sicurezza (SID).)")

Error params: (1181/0x2 ("System error 0x2 (Impossibile trovare il file specificato.)")

Please open a support ticket in Kaspersky Company Account, attachs getsysteminfo, and install logs for review.
