ERR_CONNECTION_RESET or ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

Dear support,

I have a problem with private web site who try to make connection from Internet to my local host on http://127.0.0.1:48800/info/?nc=mewpc15jtjsja5mxtl.

I connect successful  with qualified electronic signature and PIN code to this site. After that we have few documents and button sign. When I press this radio button "Sign" i received messages failed to load resources, please see 1.png screen shot file.

I think this is because web portal try to start custom application exe file from directory C:\Program Files (x86) to digitally sign documents like .pdf

If I press "Pause protection" on Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows for 15 minutes everything is ok and successfully do my job.

I made exclusions for file, directory, and trusted URL's web site. (File protection, Web threat protection, Application control settings on my local console Ver:12.9.0.384)

Antivirus program is Kaspersky Endpoint Security.

Operation system is Windows 11 and this is new fresh installation.

Could you advice me how to resolve this issue?

The same situation.

But in Application Control log now i saw "Application startup prohibited in test mode". 

This is strange for me.

Check if that app is located in Low, High or Untrusted group, and move it manually to Trusted.
