Entering initial Bitlocker password remotely

This is a domain environment, using Kaspersky Security Center 12 to enable BitLocker encryption of domain members. We are entering unique BitLocker passwords in the Kaspersky BitLocker password creation windows on each device, but this is tiresome having to wait for the user to allow us a session or bring their devices in. We don’t want to entrust users to enter the password. I know how to connect remotely to users devices, but I want to enable the encryption, then enter the password remotely without user interaction (without RDC but using a command window remotely). Is there a way to accomplish this?
