Endpoint Security Cloud - After update, "Application is installed but it is not running"

We use Endpoint Security Cloud and it seems like after every major update we have a handful of devices with the following messages:

-Security application is installed but it is not running.
-
Security application is installed but real-time protection is disabled.

Restarting the client does not help. The only fix seems to be manually removing Kaspersky and reinstalling, which can be time consuming. Is there a quicker repair fix for this?

Which version of Keswin is currently installed in all of your workstations which are corrupted, I will try to make a script for you .

We're on 12.11.0.637 right now

It seems like some computers are fixing themselves without having to do anything, while others are suddenly experiencing this issue out of the blue despite working since the update. So now I am not sure what is causing this. One computer that I had previously reinstalled suddenly starting having it again, then after a few restarts it fixed itself.

There needs to be a quick way to fix this because users can't be carrying on while their AV is not running correctly. Shouldn't it try to restart protection on it's own?
