endpoint security blocking access to Microphone

Hi all,

Kaspersky endpoint 11.4 for windows is blocking zoom access to the microphone and camera. when i check the log on the host intrusion prevention it says that most of zoom component are placed in the trusted group. but it also showed blocked access to microphone and blocked access to camera.
I checked the policy in the Kaspersky security center 12, everything seems normal.
Any suggestion/ solution is much appreciated.

Thanks for your reply, but how do I move the app to the unrestricted group?

You may need to run an inventory task first so that the executable file is listed in the database.
